Maxpedition 29L Backpack, Wolf Gray

The Lassen Backpack, inspired by and tested during the ascent to Northern California's Lassen Peak, is a tactical backpack with 1800 cu. in. / 29L volume that is MOLLE-compatible and CCW-enabled. Unlike previous Maxpedition packs, the Lassen Backpack uses YKK molded tooth zippers, which are made with individually injected, self-lubricating elements for long-term low-maintenance use. Each pack comes with a sheet frame equipped with a user-shapeable aluminum stay for added support. The frame and stay can be separated and/or removed for significant weight reduction. There are expandable bottle holders on both sides that can hold hydration or other long/narrow objects such as tripods. The thoughtful design throughout provides comfortable carry and ease of access. The waist belt is adjustable and removable, providing stability for most body sizes. Lastly, there is a large exterior loop field for attaching name tape or your favorite morale patches. The overall volume of the backpack is 1769 cubic inches / 29 liters. It also features various internal pockets, expandable bottle holders with bungee retention, and a dual side accessible CCW compartment. Additionally, there is MOLLE webbing for attaching accessory pockets along with a loop field in front for adding morale patches. The curved padded shoulder straps provide comfort, and the sternum and waist straps are both removable and adjustable. The backpack also includes a semi-rigid flexible internal frame system with an aluminum stay.
