Oversized airflow panels provide a breathable, contoured fit. Padded yoke back shoulder pads give a perfectly even weight distribution. It is fully adjustable at the shoulders and waist, fitting most sizes from XS to XL. Made from durable 600D Nylon fabric, it can withstand years of use.

The vest is fully adjustable, including the length of the shoulder straps, waist circumference, and width of the shoulder straps. It offers adjustable hook and loop straps, making it ideal for both men and women.

With this model, users can choose from pairs of 5.75, 8.75, and 14.5-pound weights, which can be used to create vests weighing 14, 20, or 31 pounds, respectively.
