The Weight Vest Plates are made from heavy-duty power-coated steel and are designed to fit our TacSnake weight vest perfectly. They are available in pairs of 5.75 lbs and 8.75 lbs, providing versatility for running, strength training, push-ups, pull-ups, ruck marches, and WOD. The set contains (2) 5.75 lb weight plates for a total weight of up to 14 lbs when inserted into our weighted vest.
